What are Sew-In? It is an opportunity to sew, share tips, and join in conversation with quilting friends. Following Sew-Ins, all are invited to lunch at Red Cup Cafe or the Sound Pizza & Pub, pay your own way.
Where & when are Sew-Ins held? Sew-Ins for 2025 will be in a different room and on different day than past years. We will be meeting at the Mukilteo Rosehill Community Center in the Fowler Room.
Sew-Ins will be held from 9 am to 1 pm on the following Thursdays:
- January 23rd
- March 20th
- May 15th
- September 18th
- November 20th
Who can attend? Sew-Ins are open to both guild and general community members. Tables and seating will be on a first come basis and occupancy is limited by facility.
What will be provided? Tables and chairs will be available from Rosehill. We will provide community iron, ironing board, and cutting table with large mat (provided by one of our members.)
What should I bring? You are welcome to bring your own quilting project or pick up one of our charity quilt kits, including Veterans quilts. Bring your own supplies such as hand sewing tools or sewing machine and accessories, power strip or extension cord, cutting rulers, personal waste basket, table light, seat cushion, etc. as needed for your project.

Sew-Ins are not intended to be instructional for new quilters. Sew-Ins are an opportunity for technique sharing or group projects and participation is optional. These events may be announced in advance or may occur organically at the event.
